We are CBGA Limited

CBGA Limited is an independent commercial property investment advisors with over 35 years of experience advising vendors and purchasers on properties throughout the UK.

We continue to offer personal service at a senior level and value our integrity, honesty and discretion and provide advice on all commercial sectors of the market. 

Crowson Bellman Gill Adams was founded in 1988 with offices in Dover Street, London W1. The business was renamed CBGA in 2001 and later merged with Robson Associates in 2013 to create CBGA Robson LLP. In 2022, we went full circle to focus purely on investment advisory work and recreated CBGA Limited.

Before founding CBGA, Chris was a partner at Allsop & Co, which he joined from P&O. 

Having worked as both principal and advisor, Chris has accumulated a wealth of experience over 30 years in changing market conditions and has in depth knowledge of all parts and sectors of the UK market.


Chris has a reputation for providing solutions in changing and challenging markets. He has advised clients on multi million-pound acquisitions and disposals and brings honesty, clarity, purpose and leadership to the role.

Nick Richards MRICS

Nick began his career at Allsop and Co in 1985 becoming a partner in 1990. Nick joined his former Allsop colleagues at CBGA in 1996.



He has built a reputation for consistent and reliable delivery of client’s requirements and his instinctive approach to deal making is well respected.



Career landmarks include buying 400 Lloyds Bank sale and leasebacks, the purchase of Devonshire House, as well as City landmarks such as No 1, Poultry and Cannon Bridge House.



​Nick is a shrewd negotiator specialising in acting for investors that value confidentiality and prefer to stay out of the limelight.
